How do you apply L'Oreal HIP pure pigment shadow sticks?

I have no idea on how to apply these eyshaodw sticks! I have green eyes, so I bought the purple stick to make my eyes pop.How do you apply L'Oreal HIP pure pigment shadow sticks?
fist of all use powder as a base before you even begin. Then use the lighter colour on all of your lid up to your brow then starting from outside in use the purple lightly on lash line and crease blending up( also use under eye for smokey eyes. You just put it on..unless you want to get like an eyeshadow brush taht looks like a foundation brush, like a ';talent'; brush by benefit.
