Can i still have my regular bimonthly facial even though i am using L'oreal's microdermabrasion kit?

i've been using L'oreal's refinish microdermabrasion kit for a couple of weeks and the time for my bimonthly facial is due. Can i do this in conjuction with the kit? or it'll be too much of a good thing? i'm african-american by the way.Can i still have my regular bimonthly facial even though i am using L'oreal's microdermabrasion kit?
