My hair has had a good bit of chemical damage, but its not extremely damaged. HOwever, I am having to dye it every 2 months or less, because the color fades! :(...Since it is not bleach is it okay? Isn't L'Oreal safe? My hair is light brown and it just will not stay dark! Kind of like when I tried to keep rich colored red hair and it kept fading orange :(How often is it okay to dye your hair (w/ L'Oreal over the counter)?
you shouldnt dye it too often. once a month. tops.

I color mine every 5 weeks and never have any problems. My hair is thick and I use a leave in conditioner every day.
