How do i use L'oreal elseve anti frizz serum? Does it work?

Am i suppose to apply the L'oreal elseve anti frizz serum on my wet or dry hair? Does it make curly hair stright by itself or do i still have to use a hair iron?How do i use L'oreal elseve anti frizz serum? Does it work?
use just a tad bit on either wet or dry hair if it does not say and it shouldnt have any unusual effect on your hair other then de-frizzing it
