I have uneven skin tone on my chin and upper lip. It's not very bad but it bothers me. I would like to know if microdermobrasion can help improve it. I'm also on treatment doing derma-light and gonna start acupuncture soon. Has anyone ever used microdermobrasion L'oreal or anyother microdermobrasion kit?
well im not sure how old you are, but from what ive read and heard when i was planning on buying this kit, this system is meant for older people who want to brighten their skin and reduce the appearence of fine lines rather than reduce scarring. To get the best out of a microdermabrasion it would be better if you got it done professionally although this can be expensive and normally a course of treatments are usually required rather than just one.
I ended up buying a garnier kit meant for young skin but didnt find the results that breath taking. Im looking into the derma sponge which is always advertised in magazines.
Also i have a lotion called 'mama lotion' which is aimed to reduce scarring and is working so far.
ANYWAY....if you do find anyother products you seem interested in sign up to makeupalley.com, its free and you can read product reveiws on a whole range of different products.....here is the link for the l'oreal microdermabrasion kit

I have also found a number of other websites when i was looking into scar reduction. i will leave them in the source section! Hope this helps!

I use the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion and it's a great item. But like any Microderm I think it may help within time. If you also use a lotion that helps with it too, it could help speed the process.
