Also, would any of them look good on a girl w/really fair skin? How do you feel about the new HIP lip glosses by L'Oreal? Are they good?
They are good for the color, but feel really sticky and heavy on your lips. I'd say make sure you get a color that isnt too extreme for your skin and it would also depend on the rest of your makeup. Go to Rite Aide if you live near one because they have a ';no questions asked'; cosmetics returns policy. Double check before you leave. How do you feel about the new HIP lip glosses by L'Oreal? I liked the flavor and taste on a young chick's lips. I recommend it highly.

How long does L'Oreal Feria Take To come out?
My Natural Hair color is brown but I wanted to dye it blonde for a while and I didn't know it was permenant but I saw some reveiws on the internet that says it washes out, anyone know how long this will take till it comes out?How long does L'Oreal Feria Take To come out?
The only way you will be able to make brown hair blonde is by some sort of bleaching. It won't come out.How long does L'Oreal Feria Take To come out?
its pretty permanent but it may fade a little after some while.
If you went from brown to blonde it was permanent. You have to lift the natural brown up lighter to get it blonde. You cannot do that semi permanent it is impossible. So I would say that it will be that way unless you color it brown again.

What do you think of L'Oreal Technique Nature's Therapy Heat Control Heat Shield Ironing Mist?
I bought it a while back. I may have used it once and put it aside. Has anyone used this product? What did you think? What do you think of L'Oreal Technique Nature's Therapy Heat Control Heat Shield Ironing Mist?
It's ok but nothing I am to crazy over. I recommend Silk Elements Olive Oil heat protection spray, its the first heat protector that hasn't left my hair greasy or weighed down, its like it absorbs once its spray into the hair leaving a sleek, shiny look when I apply heat. You can get it at sally's beauty stores.

Has anyone used Revitalift from L'oreal and experienced severe headaches?
I have been using Revitalift for 3 weeks now, it's an anti-aging product, a moisturizer, from L'oreal and have lately suffered headaches which I'm not sure is caused by the product or maybe something else. Does anyone have any similar experience with revitalift? Thanks in advance.Has anyone used Revitalift from L'oreal and experienced severe headaches?
actually yeah...
same , Im feeling nauseous.
you know.. the baby parts, yes it does.
when a baby is born, the thing that feeds him for 9 months is gold. they cut it off.
the hospital keeps it and sells it.
it's not important to the baby when he's born
it has all vitamins.Has anyone used Revitalift from L'oreal and experienced severe headaches?
no not me
I am not too sure but what I do know that a million people don't is that L'Oreal uses abandoned baby parts to make some of their highly exclusive products like the Limited Edition ones. Don't ask me how I know I just know it.

What do you think works better: Jergens self-tanner or L'Oreal Sublime Glow?
Im trying to help my friend decide b/c she has pretty pale skin and wants a natural looking tan. Have you ever used Jergens or L'Oreal? How long does it take to start showing up on pale skin? What do you think works better: Jergens self-tanner or L'Oreal Sublime Glow?

None, you are pretty and beautiful(even if i cant see you) the way you are.Or if you want a glowwing skin, you glimming lotion or tinted lotion
by sarah g.
Jergens is much better. I has a wider variety of skin types...for light skin, regular skin types, dark skin types, etc. And it's cheaper...So Jergens is the best. I have used it.
im pale. i use bath and body works ';strike gold'; 15 bucks. works great on my fair skin! love it! lasts forever too. goodluck!
ive never used jergens because appariently it takes days of putting it on to show any color.
ive used l'oreal, its great... it takes like 10 hours to show up, i suggest it. just don't use much if she's pale, because she could end up orange.
I have very pale skin and I tried Jergens self tanner and I broke out in a rash. I also turned orange and patchy in spots
I switched to nutrimetics sundays self tanner and had much better results. remember to exfoliate first.hair styling

What do you think about the L'Oreal HIP cream eyeliner in the black color?
-Easy to apply?
-Long lasting?
-Easy to remove?
-Smudging etc?
Please and thanks. What do you think about the L'Oreal HIP cream eyeliner in the black color?
It's pretty easy to apply, especially if you've been using liquid eyeliner. I think it's a lot easier than liquid eyeliner. It doesn't smudge for me throughout the day and I don't have to reapply. I remove it using Ponds Cold Cream (with the green lid) or Neutrogena eye makeup remover (in the clear blue bottle) by soaking a q-tip and rubbing it over the eyeliner. It comes off easily.
I definitely recommend this product =)What do you think about the L'Oreal HIP cream eyeliner in the black color?
Yes that makes a good liner. You will need an ordinary eye pencil or a brush to apply it on your lid. The best way to remove it completely is using a make-up remover. It blends easily too. You can also try Fluidline cream liner by Mac. More make-up professionals are using it but HIP is already good though.
L'oreal dont test on Animals anymore.
I sent them a nasty explicit letter telling them what i thought, they replied and i have copied the reply below, obviously some of the ingredients will have been developed by testing on animals in the past but as for continuing with unneccessary animal testing they have stopped, but they are legally bound to test some of the ingredients as is explained in this letter:
Dear Madam,
I write with reference and in response to your recent query. I would like to reassure you with regard to our policy on animal testing and illustrate our commitment.
L'Oreal stopped animal testing on its entire range of cosmetic products fourteen years ago.
Last year alone, we spent over 拢lOm on funding alternatives to animal testing and have achieved some important successes, especially linked to the development of reconstructed skin models. These human skin models, developed from human skin cells by means of in vitro techniques, are used to obtain a better understanding of the biological mechanisms of skin and to evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of our products.
For twenty years we have supported both UK and international research organisations in the search for alternative safety testing methods. Moreover, we have also co-operated with our competitors in this common objective.
Our pledge is to make products that are safe for humans and safe for the environment. We want all our customers to be sure that they or their families will not come to any harm.
However, your and indeed everyone's confidence in safety is achieved because the chemical substances in cosmetics and, in fact, in most of the products that we use in our daily lives are legally required to have undergone compulsory safety tests which in some cases includes tests on animals. You may be interested to know that 99.7% of animal tests undertaken in Europe are for other purposes than cosmetics.
It is true that there are many different views and approaches to the issue of animal testing which we fully respect and understand. However, as is the case for the vast majority of other cosmetic companies we believe that a fixed cut off date is not an effective or practical means to reduce and eliminate animal testing. We believe firmly that dedicated scientific research into alternative methods is the only way which will enable chemical ingredient manufacturers in the future to stop all testing. L'Oreal does not undertake animal testing itselt but we remain committed to achieving the goal of a future without animal testing through the development of alternative testing methods.
Please be assured that at L'Oreal we are aware of your concerns and we are striving to achieve a common objective. Like you we do not want animal testing and we remain fully committed to finding alternatives.
Thank you again for contacting us and giving us the opportunity to respond.
Yours sincerely,

How good does L'Oreal De-Crease eyeshadow primer work?
okay, now that i finally found it at wal-mart...Let's say it's pretty hot outside and I start sweating..is it still going to keep my eyeshadow from creasing? did it really last 8 hours for you?
I know everyone say Urban decay is better but i don't have the option to get some right now (no one sells it where i live)How good does L'Oreal De-Crease eyeshadow primer work?
You don't have to live by a store to buy Urban Decay Primer Potion. You can always go to sephora.com and search for it. They'll ship it right to your house. Same with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Even if you don't like it, the great thing about sephora is you can return any product within something like 30 days, without questions, and you can get your money back.
Oh and to apply any eyeshadow primer, you just take some, apply it onto your lid, and rub it in. Then simply put on your eye make up as you normally would. How good does L'Oreal De-Crease eyeshadow primer work?
Sorry I'll explain it better, you just take off the lid, and there should be a small sponge tip applicator on it. Take that and stroke it over your eyelid (without putting too much on, just a stroke or 2 will do). Then take your finger, and rub the primer into your eyelid so that it's absorbed. Report Abuse
go buy it and try it out.
jeesh dont depend on all us people to answer your questions on yahoo for you.

How often is it okay to dye your hair (w/ L'Oreal over the counter)?
My hair has had a good bit of chemical damage, but its not extremely damaged. HOwever, I am having to dye it every 2 months or less, because the color fades! :(...Since it is not bleach is it okay? Isn't L'Oreal safe? My hair is light brown and it just will not stay dark! Kind of like when I tried to keep rich colored red hair and it kept fading orange :(How often is it okay to dye your hair (w/ L'Oreal over the counter)?
you shouldnt dye it too often. once a month. tops.

Has anyone ever used l'oreal casting creme gloss to remove brassiness?
I dyed my hair blond and I wanted to achieve a cool shade however it turned very orange. I went to the hairdresser and she didn't fix it in fact she made it worse. I also did try blue shampoos however they didn't work. Has anyone tried to use l'oreal casting creme gloss (in pearl blond or light blond) to fix this?Has anyone ever used l'oreal casting creme gloss to remove brassiness?
There is no way you are going to get rid of the orange by putting something else on it.
You need to lighten your hair sufficiently in the first place. Everyone knows that you cannot get blonde hair with a dye!!! To dye means to make darker. You used the wrong product completely!!
If you are not willing to do the job correctly, then don't even start. You keep compounding it by making mistake after mistake. There is only one way to get the colour you want, and it's very straightforward. You are not going to get it using those products.
Seek the advice of a professional hair colourist, and have it done as it should be. It turns out to be much cheaper, and looks a heck of a lot better.Has anyone ever used l'oreal casting creme gloss to remove brassiness?
Have tried washing your hair with clarfying shampoo
I only say maybe try to dye it darker color
One of my moms friend had similar problem hair was red and she was going BROWN color and she when to hair dresser it turn out orange just the samething that happened she freak but after wash it out and they fix it ';don't try to pour clorox on your hair if you then your going to mess up even more________________ with I am not sure but now hair looks like whole another person with out the red and more natural
WHEN YOU DYED YOUR HAIR HOW DARK WAS IT? YOU CAN ONLY ';LIFT'; (LIGHTEN) BROWN HAIR IN 2 SHADE INCREMENTS OR YOU GET ORANGE HAIR. I DID THAT! I ALSO USED A HAIR KIT..LOREAL PLATINUM BEACH BLONDE...YEEKS..I HAD TO GO HAVE MY HAIR FIXED..DYED DARKER IN ORDER NOT TO BE SEEN WITH AWFUL ORANGE HAIR. YOU SHOULD GO BUY SOME GOOD VOLUMNIZER FROM A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE LIKE ';SALLYS';. I USE A 30-40 LIFT CREME VOLUMNIZER AND CAN GET FASTER RESULTS (MORE LIGHTENING) WITH A PROFESSIONAL COLOR. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO STAY LIGHT YOU CAN BUY A TONER THERE AS WELL. A GOOD HAIR STYLIST CAN HELP YOU WITH COLOR UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO APPLY ANOTHER 'LIFT'. SHE SHOULD KNOW WHAT BRAND YOU USED, HOW LONG YOU LEFT IT ON AND WHEN YOU APPLIED IT. THE BEST THING TO DO IS BE HONEST..NO ONE WANTS TO LOSE THEIR LICENSE TO STYLE HAIR BECAUSE THEY OVER PROCESSED SOMEONES HAIR AND IT FELL OUT. I HAD TO CALL AROUND UNTIL I FOUND SOMEONE COMFORTABLE ';HELPING'; ME 'FIX' MY HAIR.

Do hair colors from brands like L'Oreal (supermarket brands) work as well as professional?
I know nothing beats a great hair stylist, but are those colors close to what the pros use? Do they stay in as long? (Dark colors) Do they cause more damage to the hair? Pain in the rear to use? Just wondering. Thanks so much!Do hair colors from brands like L'Oreal (supermarket brands) work as well as professional?
the color can react differently to your hair, giving you a different color than you would want.
or the chemicals can be too strong, and srip your hair.
I recommend going to a salon store like Sally's to buy your hair dye- the dye itself is about the same price as the dyes you get at drug stores, but the resulting color is so much richer, and i doesn't hurt your hair as much.
good luck!Do hair colors from brands like L'Oreal (supermarket brands) work as well as professional?
I've only ever used boxed because I don't have the kind of money for professional, plus it's ridiculously priced so I wouldn't WANT to spend that kind of money even if I had it. my hair is in GREAT condition.
my friend uses box sometimes and gets it done sometimes and not only do people not know the difference but once her HAIRDRESSER actually asked her were she got it dyed because it looked beautiful.
I'm going to school for cosmetology, and honestly unless your hair is already very damaged or you are going lighter, save the money and do it yourself. however damaged hair and lightening need special care.
good luck.
no, us hairstylists use a more complex formula for hair dyes, and we mix our own.
if you get a permanent hair color, then yes, they stay in as long as they would if you got it done in a professional salon. (as long as you do it right, of course.)
well, any permanent hair dye is damaging to the hair, but as long as you do not over-process your hair, then you should be fine.
they take some practice to use because you have to be sure to get the mixture evenly distributed, and it can be a little tricky especially if you have longer and thicker hair.
but the instructions are in the box, as are the gloves that you use.
if this is your first time, try a semi-permanent hair color at first. There are no harsh chemicals, and it is actually healthy for your hair and gives it a shine. Also if you make a mistake or don't like it, it'll wash out faster than if it is permanent!
The only thing with semi-permanent hair color is that you can't color your hair lighter than it naturally is. (they do not contain bleach, which is why they are so healthy for hair)
just play with it and see what you can come up with!
much less expensive, and in the comfort of your own home!hair styling

Can anyone give me a link for a shade guide for L'oreal minerals make-up?
I'm not in the uk and can't find any samples so a guide or some advice would be really hepful. I don't even know what colours are available? Does anyone remember L'Oreal Hydravive Shampoo and Conditioner?
I used this brand of shampoo with conditioner for years. It made my hair super soft, shiny and smooth, without weighing it down. Basically, I loved it.
L'Oreal stopped making it when they came out with the new ';Vive'; line of products about a year ago. Ever since then, I have tried several different hair products and can not find one that compares. My hair continues to be frizzy and dry and will at times feel goopy like there is a buildup of product, even if I use something light.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a product that will actually condition my severely dry hair without causing build-up?Does anyone remember L'Oreal Hydravive Shampoo and Conditioner?

How long does L'oreal colour ray last and would it show up that well for dark brown hair?
maybe red rays, copper craze or fuchsia flash. i want to use 2 that will show up good in my nearly black hairHow long does L'oreal colour ray last and would it show up that well for dark brown hair?
L'oreal color rays is made specifically to show up vividly, even on dark hair. It says so on the package as well, so don't worry about it being dull. I've dyed my entire head pink, from black, and it worked very well. Good luck! :]How long does L'oreal colour ray last and would it show up that well for dark brown hair?
ok if your hair is really dark you will need to lighten it to make it work really bright
The best way to do this is to bleach your hair with a blonde containing 40 peroxide in it, make sure you do a strand test first.
Then, once it has been lightened it will come out a bright colour, remember if you are dyeing your hair after it has been lightened you dont need a blonde, a light ginger or reddish blonde will be fine.
I suggest Loreal prelightener, or B Jonsons ';Be Blonde'; to lighten your hair, and special fx colours as they last longer...
it works in dark hair if its the natural color. it doesn't work so great on already died hair.

I suggest Loreal prelightener, or B Jonsons ';Be Blonde'; to lighten your hair, and special fx colours as they last longer...
it works in dark hair if its the natural color. it doesn't work so great on already died hair.
Has anyone ever used microdermobrasion L'oreal or anyother microdermobrasion kit?
I have uneven skin tone on my chin and upper lip. It's not very bad but it bothers me. I would like to know if microdermobrasion can help improve it. I'm also on treatment doing derma-light and gonna start acupuncture soon. Has anyone ever used microdermobrasion L'oreal or anyother microdermobrasion kit?
well im not sure how old you are, but from what ive read and heard when i was planning on buying this kit, this system is meant for older people who want to brighten their skin and reduce the appearence of fine lines rather than reduce scarring. To get the best out of a microdermabrasion it would be better if you got it done professionally although this can be expensive and normally a course of treatments are usually required rather than just one.
I ended up buying a garnier kit meant for young skin but didnt find the results that breath taking. Im looking into the derma sponge which is always advertised in magazines.
Also i have a lotion called 'mama lotion' which is aimed to reduce scarring and is working so far.
ANYWAY....if you do find anyother products you seem interested in sign up to makeupalley.com, its free and you can read product reveiws on a whole range of different products.....here is the link for the l'oreal microdermabrasion kit

I have also found a number of other websites when i was looking into scar reduction. i will leave them in the source section! Hope this helps!

I use the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion and it's a great item. But like any Microderm I think it may help within time. If you also use a lotion that helps with it too, it could help speed the process.

How do you wash out L'oreal color pluse hair dye?
I resently dyed my hair from dark blonde to red with L'oreal color pulse hair dye and it's not comeing out. Girls if you've done this what did you do? ( p.s it is after the 8 weeks it should last i'm on week 10)How do you wash out L'oreal color pluse hair dye?
Just keep washing it. OR go to a salon suppy store and get a stripping shampoo. It will work awesome. It shouldnt be too expense prob. about $7-$10How do you wash out L'oreal color pluse hair dye?
Yes, I had the same thing happen to me and I used dandruff shampoo a million times (but I also used conditioner because that stuff kills your hair). After about a week and a half, it was completely out.
But, my hair is different from yours, so it may not work for you.
you must have very healthy hair and the color has not permeated into the shafts, the only thing you can do is the wash repeatedly and use a conditioner, leave the conditioner in partially and rewash!
you hair is just not grabbing the color, its a good thing sort of, good luck!
wow lets trade hair I have a problem of color not staying in and you want the color to come out. anyways.. It should be at least fading and the color red i heard fades the easiest so thats really strange. loreal color pulse suppose to last 6-12 shampoos.
I have used this too and it leaves a stain remnant on the hair. To try and get as much of it out try a clarifying or build-up removing shampoo, Prell is good. This might seem strange, but you can also use powder laundry detergent (no bleach), it leaves your hair really shiny too.

Will black l'oreal color pulse work on red hair?
I have dyed orangeish-red hair, and I bought a bottle of electric black l'oreal color pulse. Will it actually turn black, or will my hair just be sort of a faded brown? Also, I only want this for the summer. After that I'm planning on dying it brown, and although color pulse is temporary, I've heard black is very hard to get rid off. Will it wash out in about three months? Will black l'oreal color pulse work on red hair?
color pulse isnt as permanant as everyone makes it out to be. I am a natural redhead and have used the electric black a few times, i love it. it turns my hair a nice dark brown with some red undertones, kind of like lindsay lohans hair. you wont get black though!! but i would be so careful if your hair isnt a dark color because the mousse is actually purple, and can stain the hair purple color if its a light color, ive seen this happen! but best of luck with your hair! Will black l'oreal color pulse work on red hair?
When you dye your hair black it ALWAYS fades to a dark brown after some time.
If you are going to want it lighter in 3 months then you will have to strip the color or bleach it THEN dye it.hair styling

Does that L'oreal double extend mascara with those tube things that go on your lashes really work?
I'm tempted to get it but I don't want to if it's not worth the 12 bucks! haha I'm so cheap.Does that L'oreal double extend mascara with those tube things that go on your lashes really work?
I doubt it. I'm sure it just works like any other mascara. But their commercial is pretty convincing.Does that L'oreal double extend mascara with those tube things that go on your lashes really work?
Haha I don't blame you I'm like that too with my money!
But, I do own that mascara. And I think it's pretty good. It does create the little tubes! They look so weird when you take them off! The frist time I did, I thought I pulled out all my eyelashes! Hahaha.
As far as length, yeah it gives you some length, but nothing phenomenal. Like, when you put on the white base side, you can see little white tips that are added to your eyelashes at the tip. So, I guess there's proof that it gives you length. I use that, then Loreal telescopic over that. I think that gives me really good added on length.
Hope this helps! :)
Yeah I've tried 'em, it's pretty good but it doesn't make your eyelashes VERY LONG like it promises. But it does make them a little longer and thicker. Unless you curl your eyelashes, I think it'll make them look longer. Just make sure you use the primer it comes with, that way it's able to make your eyelashes look longer. But from my experience, I like it! :)
Besides, who would want SUPER LONG eyelashes? My Mom always say they look FREAKY and FAKE! :P
Go for the Natural, she always says!
Probably not.
I don't enjoy using mascara's that you have to do two steps in, but that's just me.
The white stuff on the other end just seems to make it sorta messy.
I love jane MaxLash2 Precise in black because of the nice price, brush, and easy application that doesn't clump your eyelashes together to make you look like a spider.
%26amp; The best part is it's only about $4.99! :D

I want to try that too, but I do know Lancome Hypnose is one of my favorite mascaras ever! You might want to splurge for it and try it.
ok... i got it and i love it!! the only thing is i can't wear it with my contacts cause i have really sensitive eyes. But personally i think it works really well!
I don't think you're cheap! I think you're smart! You don't want to waste your money on junk when you can get something better!
You're practical! and that's a good thing!

How do I remover waterproof mascara from L'Oreal?
I bought recently a mascara and now I just can't take it out. I tried with ';Almay'; oil free eye remover. A cotton ball full of baby oil, and even this doesn't work. How do I remover waterproof mascara from L'Oreal?
neutrogena has amazing makeup wipes that work well with waterproof mascara. I've too have had a lot of trouble with liquid eye removers and i'd rub so hard with cotton balls that some lashes would become loose and later fall out. These wipes are amazing and they don't leave that greasy feeling over your eyes and face.

well i prefer mary kays oil free eye make up remover. however if you didnt know make up is made to be used together did you try L'Oreal's eye make up remover.if you buy a certain brand you are suppose to use their line b/c they make things to work together. you should never mix brand names.
try Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover it's great!
it gets all my eye makeup off without harming my face
or leaving it dry...in my opinion it's the best makeup remover
you can buy it on line or at an Estee Lauder counter at macy's
Just wash your face with your regular face wash then simply add a dab under your eyes and on the lid then tissue off. Try not to rub your eyes to much because that causes wrinkles and loosens the elastic fibers under the eyes more.

10 points whats better for you skin Maybellines Minerals Liquid Foundation or L'oreal bare naturals?
Which have you tried that you like, which is better for not making you break out, please help?10 points whats better for you skin Maybellines Minerals Liquid Foundation or L'oreal bare naturals?
I've used both and i love l'oreal bear naturals it really helped my face.. maybellines mineral liquid foundation has a weird yellowish tone to it, it doesn't really match to many peoples faces (i work as a beauty adviser and i test make up on the customer before i they buy that's how i know that).. I rarely sell any of the maybelline but the l'oreal is amazing i would spend that extra dollar and get that it's worth it..10 points whats better for you skin Maybellines Minerals Liquid Foundation or L'oreal bare naturals?
I think it's always boils down to your skin type and how you apply your makeup. I have heard good things about L'oreal mineral makeup. For example: if you have oily, acne-prone skin you will benefit from the Bare Naturale makeup since it will not clog your pores as much as a liquid foundation.
Also, always use a primer/makeup base to create a barrier between your skin and the makeup to reduce clogging of pores (which leads to pimples).
Take someone else's advice from real users on Makeupalley.com that includes testimonials of ever skin type and colour.
I haven't tried the Maybelline, but L'oreal Bare Naturale mineral foundation is a great, great product! They have a very wide variety of shades so it's easy to match your skintone perfectly, and this foundation gives a smooth, even coverage and leaves your skin feeling sooo soft. I would highly recommend it.hair styling

Does the L'Oreal Straightening cream need ironing after as well, or does the cream straighten the hair itself
I have natural curly hair and I always straighten it after taking a shower. I have heard that Lo'real straightening cream is really good. Do I need to first apply it to wet hair and then iron my hair again, or does the cream straighten the hair itself?Does the L'Oreal Straightening cream need ironing after as well, or does the cream straighten the hair itself
read the instructions. Some will be for putting on damp hair and blow drying straight whereas others will be for putting on dry hair and then using straighteners.Does the L'Oreal Straightening cream need ironing after as well, or does the cream straighten the hair itself
there is no such cream that will straighten your hair....other than a relaxer... which is chemical and done at the salon. however relaxers are not for everytype of hair.... what the straightening cream/ balm does is it helps ease the hair to a straight form,,,,making blowdrying easier. to get a totally chinese straight look you may need to use the iron after aswell
it needs ironing.
you have to straighten or else it won't work, the cream is just so it won't go frizzy and stay straight

Is L'Oreal Super Blonde is a good way to safely strip your hair of dye?
I want to slightly lighten my dyed black hair so I can dye it a dark brown shade. Is L'Oreal Super Blonde is a good way to safely strip your hair of dye?
Their is no safe hair stripper putting a hair stripper on black hair will only make it deep yellow, oranges color that's as far as a stripper can take it can't take any more out you can use that super blonde and you will need to keep your eye as on it because if you leave it on for the full time you will have orange hair putting this on black it will go through a few stages of color .Is L'Oreal Super Blonde is a good way to safely strip your hair of dye?
I'd say don't use it. It will make your hair a very weird color because it's made to make hair very light. If you want to go to a dark shade of brown get a box color of the shade you want. There is usually a comparison thing on the box and they usually will lighten dark hair by lifting the black or whatever you have. I'd do that before I'd use the bleach type product. It will ruin your hair.
Or go to a pro.....
I would think that applying the super blonde/bleach will strip your hair but you most likely will end up with a orangey colour.
I would wait for the black to fade or apply, light/med brown box, that way it won't have very much bleach in it that will cause the orange colour.
Or go to a professional and they can lift the colour for you.
im a pro-stylist for 10 years:
Dont mess with bleach or chemical lightners ull probably have to pay a crap load of money to fix it.
here what to do:
mix almost equal parts swimmers shampoo and baking SODA...massage for 2-3 min, rinse repeat only one more time, rinse and use a moisturinzing conditioner, leave it on for longer than normal! do this daily for 1 week or less u should see color is ur shampoo bubbles....and continue until u like it.
It will definitely make it lighter.
I just used it and now my hair is a VERY light blonde.
It could turn your hair orange, though.
My hair was orangish for the first two weeks I had it. D=

mix almost equal parts swimmers shampoo and baking SODA...massage for 2-3 min, rinse repeat only one more time, rinse and use a moisturinzing conditioner, leave it on for longer than normal! do this daily for 1 week or less u should see color is ur shampoo bubbles....and continue until u like it.
It will definitely make it lighter.
I just used it and now my hair is a VERY light blonde.
It could turn your hair orange, though.
My hair was orangish for the first two weeks I had it. D=
How is the L'oreal Colour Rays hair dye in fuschia flash?
I'm considering dying parts of my hair purple, and this dye is supposedly exactly what I want. It's recommended for use on naturally dark hair, and my hair is a medium to dark brown. I'm wondering how well it works though. If anyone has tried it, feedback would be much appreciated! How is the L'oreal Colour Rays hair dye in fuschia flash?

Is it okay to use L'oreal Sublime Glow daily moisturizer on my face?
I just want to make sure its okay to put on my face. I'm not too worried about breakouts, but im not sure if its made for using on my face too?Is it okay to use L'oreal Sublime Glow daily moisturizer on my face?
Assuming this is the product you are referring to (http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_p鈥?/a> the directions say from 'Within a few days, Natural skin tone enhancers visibly even out skin tone for a healthy-looking glow from head to toe.' which leads me to believe that its ok to use on your face. Im not sure I would recommend, however, as those kinds of products tend to leave people streaky or unevenly colored - and while its not as noticeable on your body, it might be horrific on your face. To answer your question, yes it seems to be made to be used on your face as well. But personally I think youd be better off using a product made Specifically for your face like a bronzing powder or cream. Is it okay to use L'oreal Sublime Glow daily moisturizer on my face?
NO. that would be a big mistake.
I went to highschool with a girl who was bad for doing that, and people always made fun of her because she always always always had streaks all over her arms hands body and face. So ... just use it carefully on your body and use a powdered bronzer on your face for a glow. It works ust as well , exept you wont be stuck with lines all over if you make a mistake.
omg, no, i got acne breakouts from it.
it has so many kinds of oils and scents in it.
not good for face.
Loreal Sublime Glow makes a face one too.
i think so...

How do we know that L'Oreal test on animals?
L'Oreal claims that they do NOT test on animals, but other resources tell me that they do and that the company is trying to hide the fact that they are testing on animals. So, how do we know which one is true? How do we know that L'Oreal test on animals?
you will know a company will test on animals if they file to the FDA for food or animal use under the FD%26amp;C. L'oreal may not do test directly, but may farm that research out to other companies who do the tests and return the IP back to l'oreal. How do we know that L'Oreal test on animals?
if the back of the product says nothing about animal testing, it probably does
Maybe check with the FDA. Also, check their website?
I agree with Ms. Informed.

What are the instructions for dying your hair with L'oreal color jems?
I only have this tube(metal) with dye in it,and there is no box so can any one help? What are the instructions for dying your hair with L'oreal color jems?
Try their site or maybe you can call them Monday
http://www.lorealtechnique.com/gems_03.s鈥?/a>What are the instructions for dying your hair with L'oreal color jems?
i have dyed my hair lots of times but usually you have two things to work with one liquid in a bottle and powder in another that you mix, this you then apply to dry hair and leave for 15 mins or more then you wash it out.
i once used dye in a tube and all i did was to apply it straight unto my hair wearing gloves,it was black dye and worked but my hair started breaking off so maybe you should go to the store and buy a new dye cos the one you have may be expired which means it could seriously damage your hair.
a beauty salon is the best place to get professional help for dyeing your hair. so be carefl before you apply that dye without consulting anyone
good luck

I really need to know because im dieing it for a party and idont have time to return it, my problem is it didn't come with instuctions! How long do you leave in l'oreal symbio hair colour?
From the L'oreal Professional Website, it says its professional haircolor which means that they only offer the information to hairdressers. I will take from website viewing and my personal knowledge to say this...
Symbio is a no ammonia hair color. This means that its non-oxidative. Most non-oxidative haircolorants process from 20 - 30 minutes. My recommendation is to contact L'oreal directly but be aware that they may question how you as a consumer ended up with their professional haircolor that is strictly to be used in salons. Hope this helps and good luck

How much does L'oreal's Bare Naturale Foundation and Concealer cost?
I was just wondering if any one knew how much the L'oreal's Bare Naturale concealer and foundation costs on average.
And if I got it would it be better to get new brushes vs the ones that come with the foundation and concealer? How much does L'oreal's Bare Naturale Foundation and Concealer cost?
The Concealer is about $12 and the Foundation is about $15 (that's at my nearest drug store and i live in the u.s if that helps)
The brushes are alright, I'm personally in love with the brushes from Bare Escentuals.. the concealer brush and the one for foundation-kabuki brush.. I love them! I already have them So i use them over brushes that come with other makeups if I am using a different brand for what ever reason.
Loreal's Bare Naturale makeups are great though to be drug store type!!

How long should I leave L'oreal dye on my hair?
The bottle says 45 minutes, but in the past I've kept the dye for 45minutes, and the colour has become too dark.
So, is it fine if I leave it on for a time lesser than what is mentioned on the box?How long should I leave L'oreal dye on my hair?
Any time that I am dying my hair at home and I'm dying it darker, if I leave it in for the time that it says too, it always comes out darker so I do leave it in for a shorter amount of time that way it doesn't come out as dark and dramatic. Try it, it won't hurt anything....it will come out a little bit lighter but anyone knows that when it comes to coloring your hair.....rather be safe than sorry. How long should I leave L'oreal dye on my hair?
Any hair dye no matter what brand stops processing after 25 minutes. So it doesn't matter if you leave it on longer. Some people think it matters but it doesn't.
It is fine to leave it for less than 45min, around 30min is enouqh.(:
Leave It On For The amount Of Time It says On The bottle Otherwise It wil Fade Quicker, try a lighter dye x
just about 25 minutes or when your hair starts to burn^^
thats too long
leave it in for 20 minutes

What's the difference between Jergens Natural Glow Face and L'Oreal Sublime Glow for Face?
I love Jergens but consumer reports claimes that L'Oreal is better. Why?What's the difference between Jergens Natural Glow Face and L'Oreal Sublime Glow for Face?
Absolutely nothing I have used both and both are the same. you are just paying more for the L'oreal name I prefer the jergens does not clog pores and gives a nice glow. What's the difference between Jergens Natural Glow Face and L'Oreal Sublime Glow for Face?
They are just made by different companies. If you like Jergen's stick with it! L'Oreal will be more expensive and you may notice a subtle difference so really you have to justify whether you want to spend the extra money.
Probably just the label and price tag

What is the lightest shade of L'Oreal True Match foundation called?
I need to order the palest one, but I can't tell which one it is online. What is the lightest shade of L'Oreal True Match foundation called?
It depends on your undertone.
If you have a warm undertone, your color is W1 - porcelin
If you have a cool undertone, your color is c1- alabaster
f you have a neutral undertone, your color is N1 - soft ivoryWhat is the lightest shade of L'Oreal True Match foundation called?
right now i am having the lightest shade of true match foundation in my hand .i always use this shade,it is called NEUTRAL.it is available in liquid and powder.
Im Pretty Sure Its Called Transparent It Gives Yew An All Over Even Complexion With Out Making Yew Look Orange
xx
b
alabaster that's what i use and i have really fair skin
It depends on your skin tone. Are you warm or cool tone? You would be better off going to somewhere like Boots and doing a test, l'Oreal do tend to be very pale. I am pale skinned but have to go for a warmer shade with their products. I used L'Oreal for a while but have now gone onto Bourjois (also available from Boots) and it is a much nicer consistency and does not clog as much. Worth a try, think that mine is Rose Beige which is next to the lightest shade and perfect for me.

Where do I purchase L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara brown in color online using credit card transaction?

How to use L'Oreal Studio HotStraight serum just for straightening?
I bought the product a couple of days ago. I looked on the back of the bottle and it said that first you have to blow dry and then straighten it. But I don't want to blow dry AND straighten because that will dry my hair out. I just want to straighten my hair, without blow drying (I want to let my hair dry naturally), so I was wondering: what should I do? Like when should i put the cream on?How to use L'Oreal Studio HotStraight serum just for straightening?
ok.
wash your hair in the shower and condition like you normally do.
when your out, immediately wrap your hair in a towel. let it sit for around 3 mins in the towel.
take your hair out of the towel and bush it out.
run your hands through your hair to loosen your hair up a bit so your hair isnt pressed up against your head.
take the serum, start out with just a small dollop of it, rub your hands together and smooth it throught your hair evenly. if you need more to go over your hair evenly, then take a little more.
if you dont want to blow dry your hair, then let your hair air dry. but blow drying is soooo much more faster especially if you have thick hair.
waiiitttt until your hair is completely dry. if its damp in any spots, then you either have to wait till they dry or blow dry it.
when your hair is completely dry, then straighten your hair.
dooo nottt straighten your hair when its wet, because you will end up causing your hair aloott of damage, and it wont turn out the way you will like it to. it will make it frizzy and very damaged. How to use L'Oreal Studio HotStraight serum just for straightening?
you should follow on the instructions and don't experiment.

L'Oreal volumise (sp?) mascara how well does it work for getting fuller darker long lashes.L'Oreal....?

Mascara is mascara. There is no other way to say it! It does not matter if it is Cover Girl, or Revlon. The only difference is who is advertising the product. Believe me. I am a beauty advisor, and I went to so many semanars, and each line of Named make up is all the same.
